I don't want my business listed on Kudzu.com Can you remove it?
Kudzu gets its directory information from a variety of publicly-available sources and data providers. We want consumers to have the most complete information on service providers in their area. So, we don't remove accurate business information from the site. We're sorry we can't accommodate your request.

If you've received a negative review, take advantage of Kudzu as a place to interact with your consumers. Kudzu offers all merchants the opportunity to publicly respond to their reviews, positive as well as negative. Just register or log in to the Business Center and click on the Manage My Reviews feature to respond with any information you believe is pertinent.

But, does your business information need to be updated? Kudzu gives merchants the power to register then manage Kudzu profiles themselves. Registering is quick and you can change your address, phone number and your business category in just a few steps then come back and add more to your profile whenever you like. I received a negative review. Can it be removed?
We don't remove many reviews, nor do we edit them. Kudzu gives consumers the opportunity to voice their opinions about local businesses they've used, so you'll find both positive and negative reviews throughout the site. We're often asked — essentially — to determine whether the merchant or customer is right. We can't possibly determine that.

Reviews must abide by our Guidelines for Writing Reviews and our Visitor Agreement. Click here to let us know if you think a review of your business is in clear violation.

Merchants can respond to their reviews on Kudzu.com. See the Managing Reviews section below as well as our Business Success Center for tips on how to use the merchant reply tool to thank happy customers or potentially reclaim unsatisfied clients.

Some of my reviews seem to be missing. How do I get them back?
Reviews may not be showing on your profile for several reasons. Most commonly a consumer who posted a review hasn't confirmed his consumer registration. Consumers must reply to a registration confirmation e-mail before we post their review. We don't confirm consumers at a business' request. Another possibility is that we removed the review because it violated our Guidelines for Writing Reviews or our Visitor Agreement.

You removed a review written by a real customer of mine. Why?
We have filters in place that look for reviews that violate our Guidelines for Writing Reviews or our Visitor Agreement. Those reviews that violate our policies will be removed, and we don't put them back on Kudzu.com. We're sorry you feel these filters removed a legitimate review. Please keep in mind these filters are in place to keep the playing field level.

I'm considering legal action against Kudzu because of a bad review. What are the precedents?
Kudzu is protected by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996. Your attorney likely is familiar with the statute already. If not, then you can find dozens of cases that reinforce the position the statute makes clear, among them Zeran v. AOL, 129 F. 3 327, 330 (4th Cir. 1997).

Remember that Kudzu offers all merchants the opportunity to respond to their reviews, positive as well as negative. If you wish to contest the accuracy of a review, just register or log in to the Business Center and click on the Manage My Reviews feature to respond with any information you believe is pertinent. This way, you can tell your side of the story without calling more attention to any negative remarks the reviewer has made.

I registered my business. Why do I get an error message when I click on the confirmation link?
Your profile may be confirmed after all. Once the confirmation link is clicked, your profile is confirmed. You'll see an error message if the link is accidentally clicked twice or if you try to use the confirmation code. Here's how to check:

Log in to your Business Center. If your profile has not been confirmed, you'll see a "Welcome to Kudzu!" message at the top of the page and a prompt to visit the confirmation page to confirm you account or send yourself a new confirmation e-mail link. If you don't see the confirmation message, then you've confirmed your profile already and you should see your profile on Kudzu.com in the next 48 hours.

My e-mail address doesn't work when I try to log in. Why not?
It sounds like you're trying to log in to Kudzu as a consumer rather than logging in to manage your merchant account. Here's the link to the Business Center login page.

I didn't get my confirmation e-mail. Can you resend it to me?
Actually, you can take care of this yourself without waiting for us. You can have another confirmation e-mail sent to your registration e-mail address. Simply go to the Confirmation Page.

How do I add or change my e-mail address?
Your profile may contain two e-mail addresses: One is used to register your account and will recieve support-related information from Kudzu. Enhanced merchants also can add to their Kudzu profiles an email address potential customers can use to contact them for services.

To change your registration/support e-mail, please follow the instructions for changing your login information found in the Business login section.

However, if you need to change the one you clients will use to contact you, simply follow the instructions outlined in the Marketing Description and E-mail section of this Help Center.

Is there anything to consider before deleting a location?
Yes, deleting a location also will delete any reviews or page view report data for that particular location. Unless a location truly needs to be deleted, always edit your location rather than deleting and starting over.

I can't remember my login information. Can you send it to me?
First, please try using the prompts on the Merchant Login page.

If those don't help, then you'll have to create a new profile. We should catch the duplicate after you registered it and merge the older profile with the new one.

 What is Kudzu?
Kudzu provides consumers with trusted information about local providers for home, health, and other life service needs — and gives businesses the tools to drive "word of mouth" online.

Launched in Atlanta, Phoenix, and San Diego in 2006, Kudzu features consumer reviews and detailed profiles built by local service businesses. These profiles includes specialties, descriptions, photos, video, and deals.

Today, Kudzu is expanding nationwide and now lists businesses across the country. Key categories include: home improvement, dentists, child care, vets, and auto repair.

Who owns Kudzu?
Kudzu is owned and operated by Cox Search Inc., a subsidiary of Cox Enterprises, one of the nation's leading media companies.

How does Kudzu work?
Kudzu gives your potential customers the ability to search for service professionals like you by category, specialties, location, reviews and keywords relevant to your business. These keywords are tied to your profile — so the more information you provide, the easier it is for customers to find you.

How do I get leads from Kudzu?
Kudzu consumers have access to your business information so they can call or e-mail you at the very moment they are actively searching for your services.

Where does Kudzu get its address listings information?
Kudzu works with data providers who collect publicly-available business information such as name, location, and phone number. To ensure this information is correct, we encourage companies to come online and add more details about their services. Why should I register my business on Kudzu.com?
Kudzu gives you a powerful opportunity to reach your target customers at the very moment they are searching for your service and provide them with more useful, in-depth information than they can't get from any other search option.

How do I register my business on Kudzu.com?
Registering is easy! First, you can save time by checking to see if your business is already listed on Kudzu.com. Start by doing a simple search using the search box at the top of any Kudzu.com page. If you find your business in the search results, click on your business' name. Then, look for the blue "Is this your business?" box on the profile page and click on "Register your company today." You will be taken to a landing page where you can register your business, add content, and make corrections.

If your business is not already published on Kudzu.com, go back to the Kudzu.com home page and click the "Got a Business? Get It listed" link. On the next page you'll find options on listing your business, then you can follow a simple step-by-step process to register your profile.

Am I required to have a website for my business?
No. With a detailed profile on Kudzu.com, your business will appear in search results with all other businesses in the market, whether or not you maintain a business website.

Can I link to my website from Kudzu.com?
Yes! If you do have a website, by all means link to it. You should give customers as many ways to reach you as possible. Upgrade to an Enhanced profile and get features such as photos and video. Click here for more information on how to add your website link.

Am I able to change my profile information once it is published on Kudzu.com?
Absolutely. You can log in to your profile and add or edit content on your profile at any time. Click here for more information on how to log in.

Are there other advertising options on Kudzu.com?
Yes. Kudzu offers a variety of advertising options customized to fit your business needs. Contact our sales group for more details.

Registration

  How do I register my business on Kudzu.com?
Registering is easy!

First, check to see if your business is already listed on Kudzu.com. You can search by your business name or by keyword using the search box at the top of any Kudzu.com page. If you locate your business in the search results, click on your business' name to see your business profile. On the profile page, look for the blue box marked "Is this your business?" on the right side of the page, then click "Register your company today." You will be taken to a page where you can register your business, add content, and make corrections.

If your business is not already published, click the "Got a business? Get it listed." link in the far right column of Kudzu.com's Home page.

Kudzu will guide you through a simple step-by-step registration process.

My business is listed more than once. What do I do?
Please select which of the business profiles you wish to register. Then contact us with the exact spelling of the duplicate profile as it is displayed on Kudzu.com along with the phone number and address. We will gladly remove the duplicate. Please allow 48 hours for the changes to appear on the site.

Can I register more than one business?
Yes. Each registration must contain a unique business name, unique phone number, unique contact e-mail address, and unique user name. Please know that duplicate accounts will be deleted. Please click here for instructions regarding businesses with multiple locations.

What if I cannot finish registering my business in one sitting?
You can stop during the registration process if you need to and finish it later. However, please know your business information is not published on Kudzu.com until the registration is completed and confirmed.

To come back and finish registering, log in to your Business Center with the user name and password you created when you began the registration process. We saved the information you gave us, so you should be able to pick up right where you left off.

Be sure to click the "Publish My Listing" button at the bottom of the preview page to complete your registration. Publishing your listing will add your business to our database so that it will publish to Kudzu.com within 48 hours.

Registering on Kudzu.com only takes a few minutes. But, if you don't have time to add details to your profile, publish your profile first and add your details later. You'll create a user name and password, confirm your business information, choose a category for your business, and accept our Business Agreement. Once registered, you can log back in at any time to provide more details that will help potential customers find you on Kudzu.com.

Do I need to confirm my registration?
Yes. An e-mail was delivered to you shortly after creating your profile. This e-mail contains instructions for confirming your registration. You must confirm your registration before your business profile will show on Kudzu.com.

Note: even if you registered a pre-existing business on Kudzu.com, you still must confirm your registration.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What do I do?
If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail, either your e-mail address was entered incorrectly in your profile or the spam filters for your e-mail program blocked delivery.

If the confirmation e-mail got marked as spam, please check your e-mail program and adjust your spam filter to allow returned e-mail from Kudzu.com or registration@coxinc.com. Once you've done that, the e-mail may appear in your inbox. (Note: registration@coxinc.com is an admin e-mail address: e-mail sent to this address will not be received.)

To request another confirmation e-mail, please log in to your Kudzu profile. At the top of the "My Business Center" tab a message will appear indicating that your profile is unconfirmed. Follow the directions within this message to receive an additional confirmation e-mail.

If you need to correct your e-mail address so you can receive your confirmation e-mail, please click here for instructions for editing your designated e-mail address. Then you go back and request another confirmation e-mail.

What do I do if my registration confirmation link/code gives me an error message?
Once the confirmation link is clicked, your profile is confirmed. After that, the confirmation link and code are no longer valid. If the link is accidentally clicked twice, an error message will appear upon the second click or when attempting to use the confirmation code.

Here's how you can check whether your profile has been confirmed:

Log in to your business profile and click on the "My Business Center" tab in the upper left corner of the page. If your profile is not confirmed, a message will appear at the top of your Business Center with instructions on how to finish the confirmation process.

If there is no message at the top of your business center, then your profile is confirmed.

Am I able to change my profile information once it is published on Kudzu.com?
Absolutely. You can log in to your profile and add or edit content at any time.

Why is my profile not published on Kudzu.com?
Please allow 48 hours for your profile to appear. Otherwise, there are a few situations that can cause a profile not to publish:

  • Confirmation: An e-mail was delivered to you shortly after creating your profile. This e-mail contained instructions for confirming your registration. Note: Even if you registered a pre-existing business on Kudzu.com, you still must confirm your registration. If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail, either your e-mail address was entered incorrectly in your profile or the spam filters for your e-mail program blocked delivery. If the confirmation e-mail got marked as spam, please check your e-mail program and adjust your spam filter to allow returned e-mail from Kudzu.com or registration@coxinc.com. Once you've done that, the e-mail may appear in your inbox. (Note: registration@coxinc.com is an admin e-mail address: E-mail sent to this address will not be received.)

    To request a resend of your confirmation e-mail, please log in to your Kudzu.com profile. At the top of the "My Business Center" tab a message will appear indicating that your profile is unconfirmed. Follow the directions within this message to receive an additional confirmation e-mail.

  • Service area and market: It may be possible that your business zip code is too far from the location you entered in the search box; or it could be outside Kudzu's markets all together. Right now, Kudzu serves markets within the United States only. We will notify our subscribers if we expand.

  • Profile doesn't adhere to the Business Agreement: Kudzu reserves the right to edit, reject or cancel any profile at any time. Occasionally, we will delete businesses that do not meet our criteria or profiles that contain questionable content. Please see our Business Agreement for more details.

  • Specialties: Our search works with the specialties you selected when you completed your online registration questionnaire. Consumers might have a hard time finding you if you didn't select any specialties. This does not mean that your listing is not published, however. Consumers will be able to locate your listing by searching on your business name. Click here for more information regarding specialties.

  • Search Results

      How can I get higher placement in the search results?
    Kudzu's search results are designed to rank listings based on their relevance to the search request. However, there are a few things that will help you place higher in the results:

  • For highest placement, consider upgrading to a Enhanced profile.

  • Make certain that you have indicated your business specialties for the category in which you are listed.

  • Ask your customers to rate and review your business.

    How does the keyword search feature work?
    Kudzu's search results are designed to rank listings based on their relevance to the search request. This relevance is based on several factors, including how closely the search request matches Kudzu's categories and other keywords (or the business name), the distance from the searcher's location, and how much information the business gives Kudzu when it registers. The more information you give Kudzu when you register your business, the more likely the business is to appear near the top of a related search request.

    Keywords are directly related to specialties.

    How are the ratings averages calculated?
    They are the average of the total overall star rating of your reviews rounded to the nearest half star.

    Free Listings and Basic profiles are sponsored by Kudzu. In return, Kudzu reserves the right to link to other areas of interest within the page. Enhanced profiles are sponsored by the business owner. Therefore, Kudzu does not publish these features to Enhanced profiles.

    How does my profile get listed in the "More to Consider" features?
    Kudzu's "More to Consider" feature randomly displays profiles in similar categories that have received ratings and reviews.

    Business Login Information
     
    "Log In" vs. "Business Log In"
    From the Kudzu.com home page, there are three links in the top right corner: Log In, Register, and Business Log In.
    • "Business Log In" is where merchants go to access their business accounts. Business Log In requires a user name (rather than an e-mail address) and password.

    • "Register" is for consumers who may wish to leave reviews, create a list of Kudzu favorites or sign up for the "Kudzu Connection" newsletter. Here, consumers register a user profile which requires an e-mail address and password.

    • "Log In" is what registered consumers click to log in. It requires an e-mail address and password.


    What do I do if I have forgotten my business login user name and/or password?
    At the Business Log In page, click the "Forgot your user name?" or "Forgot your password?" links. Then follow the directions to either enter your e-mail address or enter your user name and click the "Submit" button. You will receive an e-mail with your login information. It's always a good idea to write down your login information so that you may refer back to it later.

    What do I do if my login is not accepting my e-mail address?
    You will want to make sure that you are logging into the correct section of the site. An e-mail address is not required to log in to your business profile. See "Log In" vs. "Business Log In" for more details.

    I submitted a request to have login information e-mailed to me and didn't get it. What do I do?
    • First, make sure you are attempting to retrieve user info from the correct site (see Login vs. Business Login.)
    • Make sure you are submitting the request with the e-mail address you have associated with your profile
    • Check your e-mail program's spam filter to make sure it is accepting e-mail from Kudzu.com and Coxinc.com. (See your e-mail program's Help menu for how-to information.)
    It's always a good idea to write down your login information so that you may refer back to it later.

    How do I change the login information associated with my profile?
    You can edit your user name, e-mail address, password or security question at any time:
    • After logging into your profile, click the "edit" link next to "Login Information."
    • Make the desired changes. Note: login information cannot contain spaces.
    • Click "Continue" at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
    Remember, login information is case-sensitive.

    It's always a good idea to write down your login information so that you may refer back to it later.

    Why am I locked out of my profile?
    If there are three or more unsuccessful attempts to log in to your profile, your profile will briefly lock for your protection. Try again in a little while — or check your user name and password.

    Why did my session time out?
    For your protection, Kudzu incorporates time-out features that will automatically log out users after a period of inactivity.

    Business Account Contact
     
    How do I edit my account contact information?
    You can modify your contact info at any time. Here's how:
    • After logging into your profile, click on the "Edit" link next to "Business Account Contact."
    • Make your changes and click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
    • On the following page, click the "Save" button to save your new contact information.
    Will my account contact information be published?
    No. While parts of the contact information and business information may be similar, Kudzu actually pulls publication information you've entered within the "Your Business Information" fields. If your personal contact information is published, then this information must have been entered in the Business Information fields. Click here for instructions regarding editing business information or hiding the business address.

    Please see our Business Agreement to learn how Kudzu may use your contact information.

    How do I change the primary contact name?
    This is done within the "Business Account Contact" fields.

    Who is the authorized contact person for my account?
    For security purposes, Kudzu considers only the individual whose name is listed on the profile contact page to be the authorized contact person.

    How do I add or change my e-mail address?
    Your profile may contain two e-mail addresses: One is used to register your account and will recieve support-related information from Kudzu. Enhanced merchants also can add to their Kudzu profiles an email address potential customers can use to contact them for services.

    To change your registration/support e-mail, please follow the instructions for changing your login information found in the Business login section.

    Your Business Information
     
    How long does it take for my new/revised profile information to appear on Kudzu.com?
    Please allow 48 hours for new or revised profiles to publish. If your business has not published to the site after this time, click here for a list of possibilities and solutions.

    The Kudzu.com map to my business isn't right. What do I do?
    Kudzu.com's mapping feature is supported by MapQuest and generates a map for your business based on the physical location associated with your profile. Click here for more details.

    Does Kudzu offer a business newsletter?
    Yes, the "Kudzu Insider" is a free newsletter e-mailed weekly to all registered businesses. "Kudzu Insider" offers advice and tips for getting the most out of your profile and the best ways to grow your business.

    How do I unsubscribe to the "Kudzu Insider" newsletter?
    You can unsubscribe at any time. Simply click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any "Kudzu Insider" newsletter. Please allow up to 10 days to be removed from distribution.

    Does Kudzu.com have site abuse policies?
    Yes, for both consumers and businesses.

    Multiple profiles for the same business and the addition of non-verifiable business locations in an attempt to leverage search results are prohibited. Duplicates are deleted. Usage of merchant e-mails for bulk solicitation also is restricted.

    Please refer to the Business Agreement and Visitor Agreement for more details.

    Business Name

    How do I change my business name?
    Businesses can change their name by logging in to their profile and clicking on the "Your Business Information" link. On the next page, select any business location and click the edit button. You will be taken to the Add Your Business Information page where you can change the text within the "Business Name" field. Go to the bottom of the page and click "Continue" to save.

    What are the business name guidelines?
    Name change requests go into a queue that is checked each business day, except holidays. We'll do our best to approve requests that follow our style guidelines within 24 hours. Approved changes show on the site within 48 hours.

    Business names must follow the following guidelines.
    • Names must appear in title case only, not in ALL CAPS.

    • Names must be the actual name of the business.

    • Slogans, service area or payment-type information is not allowed.
    Locations

    Can I register multiple locations?
    Yes. Enhanced Profiles may have up to four locations. Free Listings and Basic profile registrants with multiple locations will want to upgrade their profile to list multiple locations. To upgrade, click here.

    How do I add/edit my business address?
    You can edit your profile at any time. Here's how:
    • After logging in to the Business Center, click on the "Edit" link next to "Your Business Information." Note: Click here to read things to consider before deleting a location.

    • Select the business location you wish to edit and click the "Edit" button. If you have upgraded your service, you can click the "Add" button to add a new business location to your profile.

    • Make the desired changes and click "Continue."

    • On the following page, click the "Save" button.

    • Select the "Preview Profile" tab in the upper left corner to view the results.
    Please keep in mind that it takes 48 hours for new updates to publish to the site.

    Why am I unable to add business locations?
    If you are a Free Listing or a Basic registrant, you will want to upgrade your profile to Enhanced to add additional locations. If you are upgraded and have chosen not to display your business address, you will not be able to add more locations. Additional addresses are subject to verification with the US Postal Service, and Kudzu reserves the right to remove locations that are determined to be invalid.

    Why is my location automatically hidden though I did not choose to hide it?
    Addresses are subject to verification with the US Postal Service by way of MapQuest. Any address that can't be verified by MapQuest will automatically be non-publishable.

    I work from home. How do I keep my home address from appearing on Kudzu.com?
    Kudzu will let you hide your business location. In the location address section, you will find a check box titled "Don't show my address on my Kudzu.com profile." Select this box and then select "Continue" to save the changes. Note: If you choose to hide your location, you will not be able to add additional locations.

    If I hide my location, will my business appear in search results?
    Yes. Though your business address is unpublished, our search engine still factors your zip code into the search results.

    Is there anything to consider before deleting a location?
    Yes. Deleting a location also will delete any reviews or page view report data for that particular location. Unless a location truly needs to be deleted, always edit your location rather than deleting and starting over.

    If I delete a location, can the reviews for that location get moved to the remaining location(s)?
    Kudzu is unable to move reviews from one location to another. Click here for more information on reviews.

    Map

    The Kudzu.com map to my business isn't right. What do I do?
    Kudzu maps are powered by MapQuest. If your map is incorrect, you first may want to check your business address for accuracy. While entering your business address, should it be unrecognizable, Kudzu will suggest variations of the address based on available information in our database. Often, using the suggested version of the address will correct your map.

    If your address is new, you may wish to contact MapQuest directly. They will coordinate with the US Postal Service to make the latest information available.

    Your Website Link

    How do I add/edit my website/URL?
    If you do have a website, definitely link to it. You should give your customers as many ways to reach you as you can. You can edit your website link at any time. Here's how:
    • After logging into your account, click on the "Your Business Information" link. Select an address and click "edit."

    • On the following page, scroll down and type in your web address. Be sure to include "http://."

    • Scroll down and click "Continue." On the following page, click "Save" to save your changes.

    • Select the "Preview Profile" tab in the upper left corner to view the results.
    It takes 48 hours for new updates to publish to the site. Kudzu reserves the right to delete any URL links of questionable content.

    Am I required to have a website?
    No. With a detailed profile on Kudzu.com, your business will appear in search results with all other businesses in the market, whether or not you maintain a website.

    What do I do if my website link is not working on Kudzu.com?
    There are just a few reasons that will keep your Web URL from linking to your web site.
    1. You will want to check your website address for accuracy. Be sure to add "http://" to the address. See the instructions under "How do I add/edit my Website/URL?" for more help.

    2. If your URL is accurate and you are still experiencing problems, contact your web space provider. That company can let you know if there is a problem with its servers, or if they are experiencing slow service due to heavy Web traffic.
    Can I list more than one website/URL?
    At this time, Kudzu allows publication of only one website link/URL per profile.

    Categories and Categorizing Your Business
     
    How do I choose a category?
    Right now, Kudzu has more than 300 categories and subcategories to choose from. Customers will also be able to find you when they do a search for businesses with similar attributes, or if they search your business name.

    You can determine the best category for your profile by searching on Kudzu.com for keywords related to your business. Here's how:
    1. Go to www.kudzu.com and enter a keyword or phrase that relates to your business, such as "pressure washing." Click on "Search."

    Can I publish my profile in more than one category?
    Each profile gets just one category. But, you can choose to pay for an additional profile, which you can choose to register in a different category. Click here for information on registering your business.

    How do I suggest a category?
    Kudzu.com is optimized to help consumers easily find the business services they need. Right now, rather than browsing by category, roughly 93% of all consumers that visit Kudzu.com searches by keywords - which are embedded in Kudzu.com's many lists of specialties.

    If you are concerned that consumers may not find you, you should check to see if your suggested category is searchable by keyword on www.kudzu.com. Click here to learn how.

    If you are unable to find a category by using a keyword search, then you may contact support to suggest a new one.

    Once your suggestion is submitted, our Site Operations team will review the request and, if approved, make the necessary adjustments including coding and adding keywords.

    If a suggested category is approved, how long does it take before it is available on the site?
    It may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to research and add the needed data to create a working searchable category.

    How do I change the category for my business profile?

    You can edit your profile at any time. Here is how:
    • Login and click on the "My Business Center" tab in the upper left corner of the page.

    • Locate the "Manage Your Business Profile" section and click on the "edit" link next to "Categorize Your Business."

    • The next page will display your current category selection. If you want to change your category, click the "Edit" link.

    • On the following page, select the new category for your profile and click on "Save."

    • Select the "Preview Profile" tab in the upper left corner to view the results.
    When you change your category, the old specialty questions are wiped clean and it is important that you fill out the specialties questions for the new category. Here's how:
    • Click on the "Add or Edit" link next to "Your Specialties."

    • Select the answers that best describe your services. Click "Continue" in the bottom right corner to save and continue.

    Do my customers have to register to rate and review my business?
    Yes. Kudzu encourages visitors to give accurate and honest reviews of local service professionals. To protect the credibility of these reviews, we allow consumers to review a business location only once. That's why we ask visitors to register first.

    How do I handle a negative review?
    We don't remove many reviews, nor do we edit them. Kudzu gives consumers the opportunity to voice their opinions about local businesses they've used, so you'll find both positive and negative reviews throughout the site. We're often asked — essentially — to determine whether the merchant or customer is right. We can't possibly determine that.

    Reviews must abide by our Guidelines for Writing Reviews and our Visitor Agreement. Click here to let us know if you think a review of your business is in clear violation. Please be sure to tell us your business name, phone number, city, state and the user name on the review you want us to check.

    We encourage you to do the following:
    • We offer merchants a "Manage My Reviews" feature. This feature allows you to respond to a reviewer's comments, positive or otherwise, so that consumers can see your side of the story. Please be mindful that merchant comments, like consumer reviews, must meet content standards outlined in our our Guidelines for Writing Reviews and our Visitor Agreement to be publishable.

    • Have your loyal customers become members of Kudzu and share their experience. Not everybody will have a great experience every time they use a service, however we believe a high number of good reviews offset the impact any negative reviews may have. Also know that the first page of your Kudzu profile will display only the 10 most recent reviews. Therefore, 10 positive reviews will push negative reviews off the first page.
    Please allow 48 hours for new comments or reviews to publish to Kudzu.com.

    How do I get Kudzu to remove a review I think is libelous?
    Kudzu encourages Kudzu consumers to give honest feedback. Kudzu can?t weigh competing claims, but we do offer all merchants the opportunity to respond to their reviews. If a merchant wishes to contest the accuracy of a review, the merchant can register or log in to the Business Center and click on the Manage My Reviews to tell their side of the story.     My customers' reviews haven't been published. Why is this?

    There are a few possible reasons:
    • Consumers must confirm their user registrations by e-mail before their reviews are published. If your customer did not confirm their registration, their reviews will not be published.

    • It may take 48 hours for new or edited reviews to be published.

    • Consumers may edit a review at any time.

    • Each business location contains its own reviews. When a location is deleted, so are any associated reviews.

    • If you have multiple locations and one of them does not have any reviews, it may be possible that the location you found on Kudzu.com is that location without reviews.

    • Finally, Kudzu reserves the right to refuse or remove any review that does not comply with our Guidelines for Writing Reviews or our Visitor Agreement.
    Can reviews for one location be associated with all of my locations?
    Each business location contains its own records. Therefore, a consumer must rate and review each location individually.

    Service standards may vary from one location to another. This feature allows consumers to see an accurate rating for each individual location. Further, should a consumer post a poor rating for one location, the other locations are not affected.

    How can I contact a person who wrote a review about my business?
    While we cannot give you a reviewer's contact information, our merchants are experiencing great results by using our "Manage My Reviews" feature. Click here for possible scenarios and more information.

    How do I rate or review another business?
    Ratings and reviews are a consumer visitor feature. Please refer to our consumer FAQs for information regarding consumer registration and visitor use.

    What is the advantage of using the "Manage My Reviews" feature?
    This feature is available to all registered merchants. Business owners are experiencing fantastic results by communicating directly with their customers. You can thank a customer for a compliment, invite them back to take advantage of future specials, or ask them to contact you regarding a complaint resolution.

    By responding to people who review your business, you can increase your chances of turning reviewers into repeat customers. Potential customers appreciate businesses that respond to reviews.

    How do I use the "Manage My Reviews" feature?

    It's easy. Here's how:
    • After logging in to the Business Center, click on the "Edit" link next to "Manage My Reviews."

    • Your most recent reviews, up to 10, will display. Click the "Add Reply" link to the right of any review. If the review already contains a reply, you will find an "Edit Reply" link. Click the link to continue.

    • The reply page will allow you to enter a response to the consumer review up to 3,000 characters in length. Click on "Publish" to save the changes.

      Please keep in mind that all replies are subject to the policies in our Guidelines for Writing Reviews and our Visitor Agreement. Please allow 48 hours for new or edited content to publish to the site.
    My reply has not published and it's been over 48 hours. What do I do?
    If a reply doesn't publish, it usually is because it is over the 3,000 character limit and will need to be shortened. If you shorten the reply and it still doesn't publish in 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

    If you do not have a BizCheck Approved badge on your page, it means that either:

    To ensure your business is identified by Experian, please search for your business here.     What methods of payment are accepted for my upgraded profile subscription?
    In order to keep our prices as low as possible, Kudzu accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express only.

    How can I be sure my personal and billing information is protected?
    Our online ordering system is secure and powered by Paypal. You will add your personal and billing information on a secure server. Any personal information, including your name, address, and credit card number, is secured for transmission over the internet using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Please see our Business Agreement to learn how Kudzu can use your contact information.

    What do I do if I miss a payment or my credit card expires?
    To avoid losing your upgraded features, please login and change or update the credit card associated with your subscription.

    Can I change/update my credit information?

    Absolutely. Here's how:
    • After logging into your profile, click on the "Edit" link next to "Credit Card."

    • Make your changes and click "Update" at the bottom right corner of the page to save.
    Only one credit card can be billed per account. Therefore, any credit card information prior to the modification is deleted.

    Can I break payments over more than one credit card? At this time, only one credit card can be billed per account.

    How do I cancel my upgraded profile?
    Thousands of merchants are reporting tremendous increases in quality leads coming to their business through their upgraded profiles. If you are not seeing the results you want, you may wish to consider revising your profile so that it is more appealing to potential customers. Click here for advice on how to personalize your business listing, score higher on search results, and more.

    If you still would like to cancel your upgraded profile, you can submit your cancellation request online after first logging into your account.

    Cancellations are processed during Kudzu's regular business hours. Cancellations received after 4:30 p.m. will be processed the next business day Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Your account will be downgraded to a free listing at the end of your current billing period. You may also refer to the Business Agreement for further information.

    IMPORTANT: If you have more than one Kudzu profile, you must submit a separate cancellation for each one. Each profile has its own unique login information. Therefore, submitting a cancellation for one profile will not automatically cancel any additional profiles.

    What if I have display advertising on Kudzu.com?
    If you are a display advertiser with billing questions that are specific to your display advertising, please contact your sales representative.

    How do specialties help customers find me?
    The specialties are tied to search keywords. If no specialties were selected for your profile, customers would only be able to locate your listing by searching on your business or category name. So, be sure to choose all the specialties that apply to your business when you fill out the online questionnaire during registration.

    How do I add/edit my specialties?

    You can edit your profile at any time. Here's how:
    • After logging into your profile, click the "Edit" link next to "Your Specialties."

    • On the following page, you will see your selected category. Click "Continue."

    • You will be prompted to answer a few questions. Each question contains a list of possible answers. From the list, select the answers that most accurately describe your business.

    • Click "Continue" in the bottom right corner to progress to the next question. You can click "Back" if you need to return to a previous page to add additional answers.

    • The answers to the specialties questions connect to the keywords consumers use to search for your business on Kudzu.com, so be sure to choose all the applicable answers to each question.

    • After each question, click on "Next" or "Continue" until all questions are answered and you have returned to your Business Center.

    • Select the "Preview Profile" tab in the upper left corner to view the results.

    How do I request a new specialty?
    If you aren't finding a certain specialty within your category, chances are that the specialty lives in a different category. If this is the case, you should consider changing your category or paying for an additional profile. Click here for more details regarding the effects of specialties and user searches.     If your search for a category with the appropriate specialty was unsuccessful, then you may contact support to suggest a new one. Please list the suggested specialty and some basic information on how Kudzu consumers would benefit from the addition of your suggested specialty. Be sure to include your business contact information so we can notify you when we add the specialty. Once your suggestion is submitted, our Site Operations team will review the request and, if approved, make the necessary changes.

    If a suggested specialty is approved, how long does it take before it is available on the site?
    It may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to research and implement the required data to create a working searchable specialty.

    How does the keyword search feature work?
    Kudzu.com's search results are designed to rank listings based on their relevance to the search request. This relevance is based on several factors, including how closely the search request matches Kudzu's categories and other keywords (or the business name), the distance from the searcher's location, and how much information the business gives Kudzu when it registers with the service. The more information you give Kudzu when you register your business, the more likely your business is to appear near the top of a related search request.

    What are service areas? How do they work?
    Some businesses travel to their customers. Others, such as real estate agents, work only in specific areas or neighborhoods. If your business works in a limited number of neighborhoods, you can help potential customers find you faster by indicating the neighborhoods that you serve.

    At this time, service areas are only available in the Atlanta, Las Vegas, Phoenix and San Diego metro areas. Otherwise, Enhanced subscribers may consider listing their service areas in their marketing description.

    Can I choose more than one neighborhood?
    Yes. You can add as many or as few service areas as you like.

    How do I add/edit my service areas?

    You can edit your service areas link at any time. Here's how:
    • After logging in, click on the "Add or Edit" link next to "Your Service Area(s)."

    • On the following page, select all communities in which your business serves.

    • Scroll down the page and click "Next" or "Save."

    Consumers can refine their search results by service areas in which merchants operate.

    Deals
     
    What are deals and how can I benefit from them?
    You can entice consumers by adding deals to your profile. Like a coupon, a deal offers a special rate or service to the consumer, giving them yet another reason they should do business with you. The Deals feature is available to Basic and Enhanced merchants on Kudzu.com and will allow business owners to record up to three deals at a time. Each deal can be published for up to 90 days.

    How do I add a new deal?
    Adding a deal to your profile is easy. Here's how:
    • After logging in, click on the "Add" or "Edit" link next to "Manage Your Deals."

    • Click "Add" to create your first deal.

    • Select a publication date for your deal by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a "Deal Start Date." This must be at least one day in the future.

    • Select a "Deal End Date," indicating the date you wish to have the deal removed from Kudzu.com. Please keep in mind that a deal can be published for a maximum of 90 days.

    • As you know, consumers may choose to use a deal long after printing it. Therefore, you must select a "Deal Expiration Date" so your customers know when your deal is no longer valid.

    • Enter a brief "Deal Title" and give details about your offer in the "Deal Description."

    • When finished, click "Preview" to see how your deal will appear on Kudzu.com.

    • If you want to make changes, click on "Previous" to return to the "Add My Deal" page. If you are satisfied with your deal, click "Save" to return to the "Manage My Deals" menu.
    Can I edit or delete a deal?
    Once a deal has been saved, you cannot edit it. However, you can delete a deal and create a new one at any time. From the "Manage My Deals" page, select the deal that you wish to delete and click on "Delete."

    Can I add graphics to my deal?
    Yes, you can add an image to a deal. Kudzu.com accepts deal graphics up to 1 megabyte (MB). Photos may be JPEG, GIF, or BMP files and will be scaled to a maximum of 100 x 100 pixels. Please refer to the "help" menu of your favorite photo editing software for instructions on how to resize your photo to meet these sizes.

    Why can't I get my deal to accept my dates?
    The date may not be in the format required to properly publish your deal. By clicking on the calendar icon and selecting dates from the calendar, dates are automatically inserted in the correct format. Also, please remember that deals run for a maximum of 90 days.

    Can I view my deal when logged into my business profile?
    Yes, you can view your deals from the business login without the need to search for your business on the search site. In "Manage My Deals," simply select the deal you want to see and click "Preview."

    Can I schedule a deal to publish over a period longer than 90 days?
    So that we can maintain a quality, up-to-date site for our consumers, we are limiting deal publication time to 90 days. However, you can schedule identical deals to begin immediately after the previous deal's end date.

    What do I do if my session times out before I complete my deal?
    For your protection, Kudzu.com incorporates time-out features that will automatically log out users after a period of inactivity. If you feel you need additional time to craft your deal description, it is a good idea to write your deal description in a word or text document prior to logging into your profile and adding a new deal. Then, you can copy and paste the text into the fields while creating your new deal.

    Why is my deal not published on Kudzu.com?

    There are a few situations that can cause a deal to remain unpublished:
    • Publication time: Please allow 48 hours for new or newly-edited content to publish.

    • Future start date: It may be possible that the start date is set in the future.

    • Invalid start date: Any deal assigned a start date of the current date or earlier will be rendered void.

    • Failure to save the deal: It's the most common reason for a deal not to publish. A business owner exits the deal on the preview page without saving it. If this happens, the deal will not appear in the list of current deals and will need to be re-entered. Don't forget to save.
    How do I get my deal included in the Deals & Discounts page?
    Deals found on the Deals & Discounts page are random. There is no way to guarantee an ongoing spot for your deal. However, if you want to make sure you have a presence on the Deals & Discounts page, consider becoming a sponsor.

    What is the Reviews Widget?
    The Reviews Widget allows you to share your Kudzu reviews, linking the power of word-of-mouth directly to your website. The widget tool generates HTML code that you embed directly into your website.

    How do I use the Reviews Widget?

    Using the Review Widget is easy:
    • Click on the "Create Review Widget" link.

    • Select "Results," which is the number of recent reviews you would like displayed on your website.

    • Minimum Rating: The number you select is the star rating for reviews that will be displayed. For example, if you select 5, only 5-star reviews will appear in your widget. If you select 3, then 5-, 4- and 3-star reviews will appear in your widget.

    • Layout: You can change the color of the widget elements to suit the colors of your website layout.

    • Border Color: Click "Select." The Color Picker box will open. Scroll across the color chart until you reach the desired color. Click the "Select Color" button at the bottom right of the Color Picker box to save your selection.

    • Headline Color and Text Color are the same as Border Color.

    • Width: The width of the widget defaults to a standard 350 pixels wide but can be adjusted to fit the design and layout of your website. Simply change the number of pixels to a desired width.

    • Click "Generate HTML." The Preview Box shows the widget as it will appear on your website. If you are satisfied, your HTML code will appear in the box below, ready to be pasted into your website. (See the Help menu of your website developer software for assistance.)

    Linking to Your Kudzu Profile
     
    Can I link to my Kudzu profile from my website?
    Please do. We offer merchants some special HTML code that contains a sharp-looking Kudzu 5-star logo and a link to the merchant's profile on Kudzu.com.

    It's easy to put the HTML on your website. Here's how:
    • From Your Business Center, click on "Link to your Kudzu profile."

    • There are three styles of links to choose from. Select the link that best suits the layout of your web site.

    • Copy the HTML code of the link and embed it into your website. (See the Help menu of your website developer software for assistance.)

    Your Network
     
    Why would I want network connections?
    Are there businesses you would recommend to others — and businesses who would recommend you? If so, connect with them by sending them an invitation to join your Kudzu.com network. When a business accepts your invitation, your business name will appear on their profile and their business name will appear on yours. This allows you to endorse each other.

    How do I add connections?
    It's very easy. Log in to your profile and go to your Business Center. Under Manage your network on the right side of the page, click the "Edit" link next to "Your Connections." On the following page, you can choose to either search for businesses on Kudzu.com then send networking invitations to them, or enter e-mail addresses directly into a networking invitation.

    If you don't know the e-mail address of an invitee, but their business is listed on Kudzu.com, you can opt to search for businesses on Kudzu.com. There, you can search by the business name and address and we will give you a list of businesses that most closely match your search. Simply click on the "Select" link next to the correct business name.

    Once you have either selected a business or entered e-mail addresses, add a personalized comment to let your invitees know it's you. When you are satisfied with your message, click the "Send" button.

    You also can import e-mail addresses from your AOL, Gmail, MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo, or LinkedIn e-mail accounts into an invitation. Click on the "Import Contacts" button and follow the directions. If you have more than one online e-mail account, you will want to import one at a time.

    I have sent out connection invitations but no one has responded. Why?
    There are a couple of possible reasons your invitee has not responded to your invitation:
    • Sometimes, other merchants simply do not respond.

    • Check to make sure invitee's e-mail address was entered correctly so that the invitation was delivered to the correct e-mail address.

    • If you searched for businesses on Kudzu.com, it may be possible that the invitee has entered their profile e-mail address incorrectly.

    • As with any e-mail, it may be possible that the invitee's spam filters have withheld the e-mail. If you really want the invitee listed on your profile as part of your network, consider calling them and letting them know that you sent them an invitation.

    Why would I want to upload a video into my profile?
    Video is a unique way to demonstrate and sell your products and services to potential customers. It's the perfect way to show them why you are the right business for their service needs.

    How do I upload a video to my profile?

    Enhanced profile subscribers are able to add video to their profiles. It's easy. Here's how:
    • After logging in, click "Add" next to "Video."

    • Enter your "Title" and the "Author."

    • Include an informative and brief business description of 75 words or less in the "Description" field.

    • Enter "Keywords" that describe your business and the subject of your video.

    • Click "Continue" to save your information.

    • Locate your video file and click "Upload."

    • Make sure the frame rate of the clip you upload to Kudzu.com is 14 frames per second or greater. You're probably okay and shouldn't worry if you don't know what "frames per second" (FPS) means since the FPS for your video clips generally will default to a rate higher than 14.

    • The video should not be more than 35 MB.
    What video size and formats are acceptable?
    While you can upload video files as large as 35 MB, we have found that most consumers start to lose interest after about 4 minutes. You can upload these common video formats: MPEG, MP3, QT, WM, and Real.

    How long does it take for my video to publish?
    Once your video is approved, it will be published on your profile within 48 hours. It may take up to 10 business days to appear on the video tab on Kudzu.com's merchant video page.

    How do I change my video?
    After logging in, click on the "Video" link under "Manage your Enhanced features." On the following page, click the "Delete" link to delete the current video. Once deleted, return to your Business Center and then upload your new video (see "How do I upload a video to my profile?" above for instructions.)

    Photos and Logo
     
    Do I need a logo, portrait & picture album (graphics)?
    While not required, this content will give you an advantage over businesses that are not using these features.

    How do I add/edit my logo or photos?

    You can edit your profile at any time. Here's how:
    • Log in. Choose the feature that you wish to edit by clicking either the "Add" or "Edit" links next to "Your Logo," "Your Portrait Photo," or "Your Picture Album."

    • Click on the "Browse" button next to "Start Here" at any empty photo box.

    • Search your computer for the appropriate logo or photo file. Select the file. In the picture album feature, you can add a comment, caption, or description of your photo if you like.

    • Click "Upload." Your logo or photo will upload and appear in the preview pane to the left. Below the preview pane, you also have the option to rotate your image or delete it.

    • Click "continue" at the bottom of the page to save your image.

    • For your picture album feature, repeat these steps for each photo. Enhanced subscribers may include up to 20 photos in this feature. When you are finished, click the "Upload button at the bottom of the page.

    • Click the "Preview Profile" tab at the top of the page to view the results. Please keep in mind that it takes 48 hours for new or edited content to publish to the site as per the Business Agreement.
    What format and size graphics are acceptable?
    Kudzu accepts photos and logos up to 2 megabytes (MB). Photos may be JPEG, GIF, or BMP files and will be scaled to a maximum of 640 x 480 pixels. While most photos larger than 640 x 480 pixels will be reduced to this size automatically, the maximum photo size is 1,000 x 1,000 pixels. If your photo exceeds these dimensions, you must resize the photo prior to submission. Please refer to the "Help" menu of your favorite photo editing software for instructions on how to resize your photo to meet these specifications.

    What if I'm using a Mac instead of Windows?
    Unfortunately, Kudzu.com does not support Internet Explorer on Mac. Apple actually stopped supporting Internet Explorer on Panther and Tiger (Mac operating systems) some time ago.

    However, we do have a solution for you. You can use either Safari or Firefox software to upload your photos. Both Safari and Firefox are freeware and can be downloaded by clicking the link and following their download instructions.

    Why didn't my graphic upload or appear correctly in the preview?
    Difficulty uploading is generally contributed to the format or size of the graphic. If the graphic is in the wrong format or exceeds the allotted size, it will not upload properly.

    Sometimes, over- or under-sized graphics will upload, but will appear shrunken, squeezed, or pixilated (blotchy) in the preview.

    In either case, please make sure your image is a JPEG, BMP or GIF file and is less than 1,000 pixels in either direction. Most digital cameras' standard image is over 1,000 pixels and needs to be resized to a smaller image before uploading. Please refer to your camera software for more information.

    I uploaded a photo/logo, but my photo/logo thumbnail view is blank and appears as a red [X]. What do I do?
    This can happen if one graphic is uploaded into the space and then an attempt was made to upload and replace it with a different graphic. Occasionally, the two graphics compete for the space. The broken image results as a red [X] on Kudzu.com and a blank thumbnail on the merchant login site.

    The solution is to delete and clear the space. The "delete" and "rotate" buttons will disappear. Then, you may upload a new graphic into the space. Click here to learn what size and format graphics are acceptable for uploading.

    Marketing Description and E-mail
     
    How do I add/edit my marketing description?
    You can modify your marketing description at any time. Here's how:
    • After logging in, click on the "Edit" link next to "Your Marketing Description and Business E-mail."

    • Make your changes and click "Continue" at the bottom right of the page to save.

    • Select the "Preview Profile" tab in the upper left corner to view the results.

      Please keep in mind that it takes 48 hours for new updates to publish to the site.
    What formatting is allowed for my marketing description?
    Kudzu.com supports paragraph breaks within the marketing description field. Use your Enter key to provide the break.

    Why does my marketing description run together when I preview it?
    Occasionally, a profile's marketing description will appear to have no paragraph breaks in the preview. However, the paragraph breaks do appear correctly once the marketing description is published. Please allow time for the changes to publish on Kudzu.com and check your marketing description there.

    Strange symbols appear in my marketing description. Why? And how do I get rid of them?
    Kudzu.com's marketing description is a text field. If you copied and pasted your marketing description from another document, such as those created in Microsoft Word or Corel, formatting from those programs may become visible, appearing as symbols when pasted into a text field.

    Consider using a plain-text application such as Notepad to write your marketing description before pasting it into the marketing description field. Or, take your current description and paste it into Notepad. From there you can delete any undesired symbols and then re-copy and paste the finished description into your marketing description field.

    Or, simply type your marketing description directly into the text field, rather than copying and pasting.

    How do customers contact me by e-mail?
    If you add your business e-mail address to your profile, customers can e-mail you directly from your Kudzu profile. The e-mail messages you receive from your profile will indicate that the customer found you on Kudzu.com.

    How do I respond to customer e-mail from Kudzu.com?
    Any customer e-mail delivered by your Kudzu profile will contain the customer's e-mail address. Please respond to the customer directly. Because this e-mail comes from Kudzu.com, do not use your "reply" tool. Your reply will be delivered to a Kudzu.com administrative e-mail account and will not reach the customer for which it was intended.

    How do I add or change my e-mail address?
    Your profile may contain two e-mail addresses: One is used to register your account and will recieve support-related information from Kudzu. Enhanced merchants also can add to their Kudzu profiles an email address potential customers can use to contact them for services.

    To change the one clients will use to contact you, simply follow the instructions outlined in the above questions: "How do I add/edit my marketing description and business e-mail?" However, if you need to change your registration/support e-mail, please follow the instructions for changing your login information found in the Business log in section of this Help Center.

    What do I do if I am not receiving e-mails?
    There are a couple of things that we recommend:
    • First, send yourself a test e-mail. Find your listing on Kudzu.com and click on the "e-mail this business" link. Complete the e-mail request form and send. After a reasonable amount of time to deliver the message (depends on your e-mail service provider), check your e-mail.

    • If your test e-mail is not received, it could be because of the following reasons:
          Your e-mail address was entered incorrectly when you registered. Check your e-mail to make sure that it is not misspelled in any way.
          Your e-mail spam filters are blocking delivery. Add Kudzu.com and Coxinc.com to your list of approved senders.

    • If you received your test e-mail and still feel like you should be getting more e-mails, perhaps it's time to take a good look at your profile to see how you might make it more appealing to potential customers. For help, check out our Business Success Center.

    How do I add/edit medical questions or legal questions?
    This feature is available for specific subcategories of Physicians and Legal Services with Enhanced profiles. The affected subcategories are:

    • You will be prompted to answer some questions. Each question contains a list of possible answers. From the list, select the answers that most accurately describe your business.

    • Click "Next" or "Continue" in the bottom right corner to progress to the next question. When you are finished, click "Save."

    • Select the "Preview Profile" tab in the upper left corner to view the results. Please keep in mind that it takes 48 hours for updates or edits to publish to the site.

    Why use the attachments feature?

    The attachments feature gives merchants an opportunity to provide Kudzu users everything they might need to make a decision by uploading additional images or PDF files. Consider adding these documents to your profile:
    • Price sheets

    • Menus

    • Testimonial letters

    • Brochures

    • Proof of bonding or insurance
    Attachments may be JPEG, GIF, or PDF files and can be a maximum of 4 megabytes (MB), twice the size allowable in the photo and logo features! An Enhanced profile gives you up to five attachments.

    How do I add/edit my attachments?
    You can edit your profile at any time. Steps for modifying your attachments are performed the same as adding or editing your photos and logo.

    How do I set up a Quick View?
    Quick View is an Enhanced subscriber feature that automatically publishes information pulled from your Enhanced listing. By adding content to your profile's logo and marketing description, your Quick View will automatically publish to Kudzu.com within 48 hours. To learn how to add or edit your logo, click here. To learn how to add or edit your marketing description, click here.

    Information on my Quick View is wrong, how do I fix it?
    Quick View content is pulled from your listing. If you find that your Quick View is wrong, then you will want to log in to your profile and correct the related information. Please allow 12-48 hours for the corrections to appear on Kudzu.com.

    Page View Report
     
    How often is my page view report updated?
    Once a month, Kudzu publishes page view data for your profile from the previous month.

    My page view report has nothing to display. Why?
    There are only two things that can cause this.
    1. Reports are for the previous month. If your profile was registered this month there will be no data to report.

    2. A new location was added and an old one deleted. Each location of a business has its own separate page on Kudzu.com. Therefore, each location has its own page view statistics. Consequently, if a new location was added and an old location deleted, the new location will have no page view data to report until the following month. Consider editing the old location rather then creating a new one. For more information on locations, click here.
