EPA Pressure Washing receives rave reviews for its residential pressure washing of homes, driveways, patios, decks, and more. Owner/Operator Tyler Allbritton gets high marks also from professors of his college finance classes due to his extensive business skills and knowledge. Kudzu helps makes it possible for this young man to balance owning a business and pursuing a college degree, and to be successful at both.
"I tried holding a full-time job and going to school at the same time, but it just wasn't working," Allbritton explained. "I had worked with a friend in his pressure washing business before, and he relied heavily on Kudzu for new business, so I decided to give that a try as well when I bought his business and turned it into EPA Pressure Washing."
Allbritton continued, "I go to classes in the morning and at night, and I run my business during the afternoons. A steady stream of about four new Kudzu leads a week means I don't have to spend extra time trying to get new business, and that's a huge pressure off of me."
Through his ownership and operation of EPA Pressure Washing, Allbritton has established strong relationships with numerous property owners. He also realizes he likes working with the educated, upper-class professionals that find and hire him through Kudzu, and how quickly he can turn a call into a client.
"I have about a 90% close rate, "Allbritton said. "Partly that's because I'm good at what I do, but it's also because Kudzu lets prospects see my reputation before they contact me, so that tightens the sales cycle."
So, did Allbritton's friend steer him in the right direction by suggesting he advertise on Kudzu?
"Absolutely," he answered enthusiastically.
